This small-group somatic yoga workshop takes place in Parsons Green. It is designed to slow down, reconnect and experience your body from the inside. Many of us spend our days in our heads — thinking, planning, solving problems and responding to endless demands. Over time, we can lose touch with the subtle signals of the body: what we need, what we feel and what truly matters to us. This 2-hour workshop offers a different approach to yoga. Rather than focusing on achievement or how a pose looks, we'll explore movement through awareness and sensation. You'll be invited to slow down, notice what is happening within you and let your body guide the experience. Through gentle movement and guided exploration, you'll have the opportunity to: • Develop a deeper connection with your body • Slow down and settle your nervous system • Explore movement with greater curiosity and ease • Notice habitual patterns of tension or holding • Cultivate greater presence and self-awareness No previous experience of somatic work is required. This workshop is suitable for anyone who would like to feel more connected, grounded and present in themselves. The group is intentionally small to create a more personal and supportive experience. Spaces are limited.
