Last updated: 28 April 2026
1. About Kin
Kin is a wellness events discovery platform that allows users to find, save, and submit events in London. By accessing or using Kin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Kin is operated by Jeremy Bond, London, UK. Contact: hello@kin.events.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Kin. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Your account

- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- You must notify us immediately at hello@kin.events if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4. Submitting events
Users may submit wellness events for listing on Kin. By submitting an event you confirm that:
- You have the right to list the event (you are the organiser or have their permission).
- The event information is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
- The event complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- The event does not promote illegal activity, hate speech, harassment, or harmful practices.
All submitted events are subject to review and may be approved, rejected, or removed at our discretion without notice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Kin for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent event listings.
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any content designed to damage or disrupt the platform.

6. Event information accuracy
Kin aggregates event information submitted by users and third parties. We do not independently verify the accuracy of event listings. Event details — including dates, times, venues, prices, and availability — may change. Always check with the event organiser before attending.
External booking links lead to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of those sites.
7. Intellectual property
The Kin name, logo, design, and original content are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
By submitting event content to Kin, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the platform.
8. Disclaimers
Kin is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We are not responsible for any events listed on Kin. Attendance at any event is entirely at your own risk. Kin is a discovery platform only — we are not a party to any transaction between you and an event organiser.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Kin, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury resulting from attending an event listed on the platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@kin.events.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of Kin after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
