Guided Movement + Expression You’ll start to meet different sides of yourself as a woman, not just the ones you usually live in. You’ll be led through music, movement, dance, breath and voice, in a way that invites your body to respond and open. Some moments will be slow and internal, others more expressive, primal, instinctive. You might find yourself moving in ways you don’t usually allow — or feeling things you didn’t expect. You don’t need to get it right. Emotional Range + Release You'll be guided through a range of emotional states — from anger and sadness to softness, and something more alive, playful or bold. Whatever you're carrying and whatever emerges, doesn't need to stay contained here. It gets to be here and it gets to move. Coming Back Into Your Body This isn’t about analysing or figuring things out. It’s about actually feeling physically and emotionally. For many, this is where sensation, aliveness, safety, and connection start to come back online. Real-time support You won’t be left in it on your own. I’ll be there throughout — guiding, reading the room, responding to what’s happening, and working with what comes up in real time. Integration + Somatic Coaching We don’t just open things and leave. After all the movement, we slow it down for a group somatic coaching segment. What surfaces gets explored, worked with, and integrated — not just felt and left behind. So you leave with more than just an experience. You leave feeling more like yourself, more confident, more anchored, more in touch with what you feel and want, and more self-insights.
