Over the course of 90 minutes, you'll be taken on a carefully curated sound journey featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, the gong, Tibetan bowls and more, whilst ambient lighting, relaxing aromas and a gentle swing of the hammock helps your nervous system and mind to soften even deeper.
