The Chalet
☀️ Celebrate the Summer Solstice The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year and has long been celebrated as a time of abundance, gratitude, and renewal. It offers a natural opportunity to pause, reflect on how far you've come, and consciously welcome what you'd like to cultivate in the season ahead at a beautiful riverside property in Hampton. ✨ What to Expect • Conscious Connected Breathwork • Supportive acupressure • Guided reflection and intention setting • Time by the river in nature • Connection and community Through Conscious Connected Breathwork, supportive acupressure, and guided reflection, you'll be invited to soften tension, quiet the noise of everyday life, and reconnect with what truly matters to you. As we create space within, we open ourselves to more joy, lightness, vitality, and connection, welcoming the energy and abundance of the season ahead. As we gather by the river, we'll take time to honour the turning of the season, reflect on where we are, and welcome the lightness, joy and aliveness that summer can bring. This is an opportunity to step away from the demands of daily life, slow down, and reconnect with yourself. Every experience is different. Some people gain clarity, some feel emotional, and others simply leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more centred. There’s nothing you need to do or achieve - just breathe, be present, and give yourself the time and space to reconnect with yourself. Whether you're completely new to breathwork or have an existing practice, this afternoon is open to all. Simply come as you are.
