It is a powerful antidote to the pressures of the modern world, proven to deliver lasting benefits to your physical and mental wellbeing, and creating within you a profound connection to nature.Soul Forest Experiences, led by Rabbi Dov Cowan, a trained Outdoor Mindfulness Practitioner, and meditation teacher with over 12 years experience, will see you being guided through a series of activities that use the healing powers of the outdoors to help you re-balance your mind and body. The sessions last 2.5 hours and finish with some tea and a chance to reflect before heading back home.The groups are limited to 1o people to ensure that there is a chance to focus the activities without distraction.The sessions are suitable to any age and any background!
