FEEL - A loving space where we move beyond talking about our emotions and into being with them. An intimate, experiential space for practice, internal exploration, and deepening. These drop-in sessions are designed to support you in: Gently moving out of overthinking Anchoring from the mind into the body Using thoughts as a bridge back into feeling Expressing from a more authentic, embodied place Listening to and opening to sensation — even when it’s uncomfortable Working with breath, sound, movement, touch, and presence as tools for healing Remembering that you are your own medicine Together, we’ll focus on cultivating safety, building trust, and expanding your somatic awareness and capacity. This is a guided space for you to slow down, take a loving pause, and meet whatever is alive within you. Sessions may include energy work, somatic practices, bodywork, partner or group exercises (depending on what’s present in the room), and space to both hold and be held - to witness and be witnessed. All funds raised will be going to Nurture Mum, a community group for vulnerable mothers.
