Zen Yoga
In a world of constant stimulation, it’s easy to feel disconnected from our bodies, our emotions and our ability to sense what we truly need. Conscious Connected Breathwork offers a pathway back to yourself. This guided session supports nervous system regulation and emotional processing by helping you tune into your body’s signals, known as interoception. Through breath and somatic awareness, we create space to process stored tension, reconnect with our emotions and begin to welcome a sense of safety within. This work isn’t about fixing or changing. It’s about allowing, feeling and honouring what’s already there. Conscious Connected Breathwork is a guided practice where you breathe in a continuous, connected rhythm. During the session you may experience waves of energy, emotional release or moments of clarity. Time is dedicated to integration and stillness, allowing your body to deeply rest and recalibrate. If you have any questions, please email me at lily@heldwithin.co.uk About Me I’m Lily, a certified breathwork facilitator (Alchemy of Breath) and meditation teacher (British School of Meditation). My approach to breathwork isn’t about chasing peak experiences. While powerful moments can arise, I believe the real healing lives in the quieter moments, when we meet ourselves exactly as we are, sit with what’s uncomfortable and learn to soften around it. My sessions are designed to facilitate emotional processing, deep rest and reconnection with the body.
