Imagine waking up and actually feeling at home in your body. Knowing what you need. Trusting what you feel. Moving through your day with a quiet sense of presence rather than just pushing through it. This is what becomes possible when we come back to ourselves. So much of modern life pulls us away from our bodies β into our heads, into our roles, into surviving and managing and doing. Over time we lose the thread back to ourselves. We stop feeling. We stop listening. We forget what it's like to simply be in our own skin. This workshop is your step towards that feeling β a deeper bond and connection within yourself. It is a day of deep and beautiful healing. πΏ When do we disconnectMost of us didn't choose to leave ourselves behind. It happened slowly, quietly β and often for very good reasons. We disconnected to cope. To fit in. To be loved and accepted. We stepped into roles β daughter, partner, mother, friend, worker β and shaped ourselves around what was needed, what was safe, what would keep the peace. Life happened. Grief arrived. Trauma left its mark. Extreme stress pushed us into survival mode β and when we are surviving, feeling becomes a luxury we can't afford. For many of us it started in childhood β learning early which emotions were welcome and which were not. Which parts of us were safe to show and which needed to be hidden. Sometimes it was one moment that changed everything. Sometimes it was years of quietly putting ourselves last. Over time that learned disconnection becomes habit. And habit becomes normal. Until one day something quietly asks β when did I stop feeling like myself? What disconnection can look likeIt doesn't always look dramatic. Often it's quiet and gradual. It can look like going through your days on autopilot β busy, functioning, keeping it all together β but feeling strangely absent from your own life. It can feel like emotions that are hard to reach, or that arrive suddenly and feel too big to handle. A tiredness that sleep doesn't fix. A heaviness you can't quite name. It can show up as constantly putting others first and struggling to even know what you need. Living from your to-do list. Feeling more comfortable doing than being. Sometimes it's a quiet sense that you've lost touch with yourself β with your body, your feelings, your joy β and you're not quite sure when that happened or how to find your way back. We begin to: feel our emotions rather than be overwhelmed by them or shut them out recognise what we need before we reach exhaustion move through life with more ease, presence and inner steadiness set boundaries that come from feeling rather than rules experience more joy, aliveness and connection β with ourselves and others trust ourselves again This is not about becoming a different person. You just need to show up. π€ What the day holdsMorning β Awareness & Reflection We begin by creating a safe, grounded space together. Through guided reflection, journaling and sharing circles we explore our relationship with the body, how we learned to disconnect and the protective parts of us that kept us going. This part is spacious, gentle and held with care. Afternoon β Movement, Breath & Embodiment We reconnect with the body through gentle movement, breathwork, nervous system regulation, voice and chakra sounding and body awareness practices. Rather than pushing or performing, this is about slowly waking up sensation β learning to feel again, to listen, to be present inside yourself. Evening β Integration, Sound & Vibrational Healing We close with a guided body awareness journey, self-connection practices, partner exercises and a final sharing circle β held within a sound bath and Light Language vibrational healing (a channelled, frequency-based healing transmission that works beyond words, supporting deep integration and release). You'll leave grounded, softer and more connected to yourself. The heart of the workThroughout the day we work gently with the parts of us that learned to disconnect β the ones that protect, the ones that carry pain, the ones that developed patterns of self-neglect or self-abandonment in order to survive. And alongside them we work with the Self β that deeper part of you that has never been broken. The part that loves you whole. That holds compassion for every part of you that struggled. That is always, quietly, waiting to welcome you home. This is not about fixing what is wrong with you. The tools I bring to this workshop come from years of training, working with people, and my own healing journey. Because that's where most of the real gold comes from β not just what we learn, but what we live through and find our way back from.
