Following the warmth and positive response to our first breathwork gathering, we're delighted to welcome Christelle Ugbaja, founder of Fifth Wave, for a women-only session centred on rest, release and reconnection. Breathwork is the practice of intentional, conscious breathing. Through guided techniques, participants will be invited to slow down, tune into their bodies and create space for emotional and physical release. Research has shown breathwork can support nervous system regulation, reduce stress and anxiety, ease tension and pain, and promote a greater sense of calm and wellbeing. This session offers a gentle opportunity to step away from daily demands and reconnect with yourself in a supportive environment alongside other women. No prior experience is needed, simply come as you are and allow yourself the space to breathe. Who is it for? This workshop is for women and girls who live with sickle cell, chronic pain or hidden illnesses, and those who are carers too.
