A Space To Breathe
Just Breathe is a monthly breathwork class built around one thing... returning. Returning to the breath. Returning to the body. Returning to yourself. This is not a breathwork journey with a destination to reach. It is a practice. A regular space to show up, slow down, and learn what it feels like to be at home in your own nervous system. Each session follows the same structure so your body learns to trust it: A short nervous system or somatic teaching, woven in conversationally A felt sense drop-in to meet the teaching in the body 45 minutes of conscious connected breathing with music Integration, stillness, and space to share No experience needed. The breath does the work.
