REVIVE YOGA & PILATES - Balham
Exclusively for qualified counsellors and psychotherapists. A monthly breathwork and reflective practice group for therapists seeking a dedicated space for wellbeing, self-awareness, reflection and connection. As therapists, we spend much of our professional lives supporting others. We hold space for grief, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties and emotional pain, often with limited opportunities to focus on our own wellbeing and inner world. This group offers a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and experience breathwork alongside fellow therapists within a supportive professional community. Each session includes guided breathwork, reflective group sharing and facilitated group processing. Participants are invited to explore their own experience, listen to the reflections of fellow therapists and discover the insights that emerge through shared experience and connection. Many participants find that hearing the experiences of other therapists can be just as valuable as the breathwork itself. Following the workshop, there is also an opportunity to continue conversations informally over coffee nearby. This is entirely optional, but offers a chance to connect with fellow therapists, build community and continue conversations in a relaxed and supportive setting. This is not therapy, supervision or training. It is a professionally held space for therapist wellbeing, self-awareness, personal reflection and professional connection. This MonthFunctional Breathing for Regulation, Vagal Toning & DecompressionSaturday 27th June 2026 3:00pm - 5:00pm This month's workshop focuses on practical breathing techniques designed to support vagal toning, activate the parasympathetic nervous system and promote greater balance within the body. Together we will explore how breathing patterns influence stress, emotional regulation, energy levels and therapeutic presence. The session includes guided breathwork practices, reflective group sharing and facilitated group processing, creating opportunities to learn from both your own experience and the experiences of fellow therapists. Whether you are feeling depleted, overwhelmed, curious about breathwork or simply looking for a space to reconnect, you are warmly welcome. Future Monthly ThemesEach month explores a different theme and breathwork experience. Workshops can be attended individually or as part of the wider monthly series. Alongside my psychotherapy practice, I am a trained breathwork facilitator with over 400 hours of professional breathwork training and am fully insured to practise. My work integrates psychotherapy, breathwork and nature-based approaches, including outdoor walk-and-talk therapy around Tooting Bec Common. My interest in breathwork developed through both professional training and personal experience. During a period of burnout and fatigue, breathing practices played an important role in helping me restore balance and reconnect with myself. Conscious Connected Breathwork also helped me explore grief, loss and aspects of myself that had previously remained outside conscious awareness. Today I bring together psychotherapy, breathwork and a love of nature to create spaces that are grounded, compassionate and professionally held.
