This regular drop-in session allows students to practice various Buddhist meditations with their peers, followed by a discussion group for anyone interested in the Buddhist worldview and way of life. This drop-in group it meets on Tuesday evenings for meditation and discussion about Buddhist practice, and it offers an opportunity to build a meaningful community with people who care about practice and mindfulness. People of all experience levels are welcome.
