In the rush of modern life, we rarely give ourselves permission to truly stop — to breathe, to feel, and to release what no longer serves us. Release & Restore is a carefully crafted 2-hour experience that weaves together three transformative practices into one seamless, nourishing session. We open with Qi-Gong - a gentle yet powerful moving meditation rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine - to awaken your energy, calm the nervous system, and bring you into the present moment. No experience is needed. The movements are slow, accessible, and deeply effective at shifting stagnant energy held in the body. From there, we move into Breathing Sounds - a guided breathwork practice that uses the voice and breath as instruments of release. This is not just breathing; it's an invitation to let the body speak, to discharge stress, and to reconnect with your natural rhythm. We close with a Cacao Ceremony - a heart-opening ritual using ceremonial-grade cacao, revered for centuries as a plant medicine of clarity, joy, and connection. You'll be guided through intention-setting and a moment of stillness that seals the experience and helps you carry its effects into everyday life. Together, Miranda and Agnes bring warmth, expertise, and a truly held space. Every session is kept small and intimate by design, so you'll receive genuine attention and feel safe to go deep. Whether you're navigating stress, burnout, emotional heaviness, or simply craving a meaningful reset - this workshop meets you exactly where you are. All genders welcome. No prior experience required.
