🌀The 5 Elements: Inner Alchemy ♾️In a world that moves fast, this is an invitation to slow down. The 5 Elements: Inner Alchemy is a carefully curated immersive experience designed to guide you from connection into deep inner exploration, and into grounded integration. Through a combination of ceremonial-grade cacao, Kundalini Activation, and a powerful 13-gong sound journey, you will be held in a space that supports release, reset, and reconnection, both within yourself and with others. This experience is supported by 9 facilitators, each bringing their own practice and presence, creating a carefully held, multi-layered space where you can fully relax into the journey. ✨ What to expectThe experience unfolds in a natural progression: We begin with a Cacao Ceremony, gently opening the space and inviting you to arrive, connect, and set your intention. From here, you will be guided through a Kundalini Activation, supporting the awakening of life force energy, emotional release, and a deeper connection to the body. At the heart of the journey is an immersive Gong Bath Sound Journey, where 13 gongs, alongside a rich array of instruments including singing bowls, flute, chimes, and percussion, create a powerful and multi-layered field of sound and vibration. You will be invited to lie down and be carried by the sound into deep rest and expanded awareness. We close with time for integration, journaling, and connection, with warm tea and space to gently share, meet others, and land the experience together. 🌿 A space for connectionWhile the journey is deeply personal, it is also shared.
