Designed for everyday life, it naturally supports all aspects of being, relationships, work, and personal growth, by fostering awareness and resilience in each moment. The session concludes with a Gong Soundbath, whose deep, resonant vibrations gently interact with the body to release tension, calm the nervous system, and create a profound sense of relaxation and inner spaciousness.
