About 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝𝙡𝙮 | Sounding Circle w/ NYX & Imogen Knight

Join Sian and the NYX collective on the first Sunday of each month for an open drone choir / sounding circle. This month NYX invites their wonderful embodiment director Imogen Knight to co facilitate the session. Sounding together is a simple, powerful practice. As voices merge, breath begins to synchronise, nervous systems settle and a shared field of awareness emerges. This is a welcoming space to explore your voice in community, whether you are deepening your creative practice, expanding your listening skills or building confidence through self-expression. All levels of experience are welcome, from absolute beginners to professional musicians. You can join in any sounding circle without ever having attended before. There is no pressure to perform. Just sustained sound, collective listening and the strength that grows from returning to sing together.
