About 𝕤𝕡𝕖𝕔𝕚𝕒𝕝 | Cacao Community

Cacao Community is a special time to set intentions for the month ahead, connect to ourselves, each other and the cacao plant. We also use this precious container as a reminder to briefly step out of our individualistic lives and for an couple hours or so and tap into the power of community, sharing and deep connection. Something special happens when we witness each other, when we allow the outside world to see our inner worlds, in doing so, our deep seated part of ourselves is seen, relaxes in the knowing we've been heard and we remember we're not so alone in this life journey. This month we have the wonderful Mady Miles leading the session. Mady is a regular teacher at Om Being and experienced space holder. Mady has lead our cacao community workshop at Sumor Festival with over 100 people and brings brings a unique blend of intention, sound and heartfelt sharing to the circle. Prepare to be encouraged to drop into a deep space of sharing, witnessing and learning from one another. * Never tried cacao or a sharing? Don't worry this session is open to all, you can lean into it as much or as little as you like.
