Rest & Reset: Nervous System Restoration Workshop Step away from the demands of daily life and give your mind and body the opportunity to truly reset. This deeply restorative workshop is designed to help calm an overwhelmed nervous system, release built-up stress and tension, and guide you back into a state of balance and wellbeing. Throughout the session, you’ll experience a carefully curated blend of somatic practices, gentle conscious breathwork, Yoga Nidra meditation , guided hypnosis, and a soothing sound bath. Together we will: • Explore simple somatic exercises that help release stored tension and regulate the nervous system • Practice gentle breathwork to encourage calm, presence, and emotional balance • Experience Yoga Nidra meditation , often referred to as “yogic sleep,” to promote profound physical and mental relaxation • Enjoy a guided hypnotic journey designed to strengthen the mind-body connection and support your body’s natural ability to restore balance and wellbeing • Immerse yourself in a deeply relaxing sound bath, allowing the vibrations to support rest, integration, and renewal This workshop is suitable for anyone feeling stressed, overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, disconnected, or simply in need of some time to recharge. You will leave feeling calmer, lighter, more grounded, and better equipped to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease, clarity, and resilience.
