The Movement Base Pilates Studio
In these sessions, you’ll be guided through simple hypnobirthing techniques, including calming breathing exercises and gentle meditation, to help release tension and promote deep relaxation. You’ll also learn how labour works and how your body is designed to birth, helping you feel informed and reassured. Alongside this, there’s space to connect with your baby, creating a sense of trust, calm, and confidence as you prepare for birth.
