This 90 minute experience combines gentle movement, calming breathwork and an immersive sound journey, creating space to release tension, settle the mind and prepare for a more restful weekend ahead. We will begin with 45 minutes of gentle movement and breath practices, designed to help you ease out of your head and into your body. Suitable for all levels, this accessible practice focuses on mindful movement, mobility, stretching and breath awareness to encourage relaxation and presence. The second half of the session will be a 45 minute sound journey, where you will be invited to rest comfortably while being immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and other therapeutic instruments. Whether you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, mentally busy or simply in need of some time for yourself, this evening offers an opportunity to switch off, reset and leave feeling calmer, lighter and more grounded. Complete beginners are very welcome. Important Information Sound baths may not be suitable for those in the first trimester of pregnancy, those with severe epilepsy, certain serious heart conditions or severe sound sensitivity.
