Our 'Feel it to Heal it' signature event is back. Join Emma and Amelia for an afternoon of self-love and empowerment. *EFT Tap & Breathe for emotional balance with Emma. *Healing Reiki to receive and share collective energy. *Conscious Connected Breathwork with Amelia to help release tension, regulate your nervous system and reconnect with your body. *Integration with Emma, featuring sound healing through voice, crystal singing bowls, chimes and shruti box. *Light refreshments and meaningful connection. No previous experience of any of the above modalities is necessary! We will guide you through all of the practices. However, please ensure that you read the health contraindications below for Conscious Connected breathwork. Your host: Emma Arden Emma is an intuitive ‘Neuro Divine’ (Neurodivergent ) Therapist, Healer, Teacher, Singer, Motivational Speaker, and Sacred Space Holder with over 25 years of experience. She creates safe, nurturing spaces that help soothe the nervous system and empower people to embrace their unique paths. An Advanced EFT Therapist, Trainer, Singer, Sound Healer & Reiki Master Teacher, Emma loves to also combine Visualisation, Inner Child Work, and Shadow Work to support you toward deep healing, self-love, and acceptance. Your host: Amelia Lewis A trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, working with Conscious Connected Breathwork and Pranayama to support nervous system regulation and emotional wellbeing. Amelia is currently completing further training as a somatic therapist and is also undergoing training to lead sessions with children with SEN, integrating breath, movement, and sound to support regulation, expression, and a sense of safety within the body. Alongside her client work, she volunteers at a Women's social mobility in Brixton where she has been delivering wellbeing sessions for over two years. Amelia is particularly passionate about Women's health, informed by her own experience of living with Endometriosis and PCOS. Conscious Connected Breathwork Conscious connected breathing has some contraindications. If you have any of the following from the list below, or there is anything that you are unsure about, please consult your doctor or healthcare provider. Please also let us know so that we can support your process. You will be asked to sign a waiver at the event before commencing with the session to acknowledge that you have read the contraindications and have clarified any questions you may have about your suitability to breathe and take full responsibility for your health. Contraindications include: *High blood pressure * Cardiovascular disease (including angina, previous heart attack) *Aneurysm or stroke *Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or previous psychiatric condition *Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition or psychosis in the last 10 years *Uncontrolled diabetes/thyroid *Any major surgery in the last 6 months *Glaucoma/detached retina *If you are currently pregnant or trying to get pregnant *Untreated PTSD *Epilepsy
