Drawing upon the ancestral wisdom of the Anahuaca-Mexica tradition, Rubén shares a deeply experiential approach to sound that invites participants into direct relationship with vibration, breath, voice and listening. Through guided practices, ritual sound exploration and embodied inquiry, participants are invited to experience sound not simply as something heard, but as a living force that can awaken perception, deepen connection and expand consciousness. Rooted in the understanding that everything is frequency, this workshop explores resonance as a bridge between the physical and the subtle - supporting greater coherence within the body, release of accumulated tension and a deeper connection to one's natural state of being.
