Step into a 2-hour immersive journey designed to release, restore and reconnect. This workshop blends three powerful practices - conscious connected breathwork, hands-on Reiki, and healing sound to integrate, all to support your body, mind, and energy in alignment. A space held for you by @serafinarose (Huminga Wellness) Breathwork: A guided conscious connected breathwork session. Breathwork works with your nervous system, allowing your body and mind to process what is needed, whether that’s emotional release, rest or simply reconnecting with yourself in the present moment. Reiki: Experience gentle hands-on Reiki whislt connecting with your breath, where I act as a channel for your body’s own innate wisdom to guide healing. Reiki promotes relaxation, balances energy and encourages deep restoration. Sound Healing: Close the session with a meditative sound journey using crystal singing bowls, meditation chimes, wind chimes and shells. The vibrations help the body integrate - promoting grounding, deep relaxation and a sense of being fully present. This workshop is for anyone seeking to: Release stress and stored emotions Restore balance and inner harmony Deepen connection to their own body and energy Experience a nurturing environment for self-care and reflection Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another participant if you cannot attend. How to Prepare: ⭐ Avoid eating a large meal before the session so you can move and breathe with ease. ⭐ Wear comfortable clothing and bring extra layers like a jumper or blanket (a blanket will be provided). Your body may cool as you relax. ⭐ You’re welcome to bring your own eye pillow or blindfold, though one will be provided. ⭐ Bring water to stay hydrated throughout the session. ⭐ Arrive on time, or ideally 10 minutes early, to settle in and receive guidance before we begin. ⭐ Come with an open heart and open mind...ready to soften, release and receive.
