Anyone needing calm focus rather than anxious adrenaline spikes. What to expect Brief check‑in on your sport, performance demands and current state. Breath, grounding and activation drills tailored to your needs. Optional use of light recovery/activation tech where appropriate. 30‑minute session with 5‑minute buffers before and after your slot.
