This is a 3-hour breathwork journey bringing together somatic breathwork, guided meditation, creative expression and sound healing. We’ll begin with a conscious connected breathwork journey, using the breath as a somatic practice to help you reconnect with your body, quiet the thinking mind and move into altered states of consciousness. This is where things can start to shift, as the body’s own wisdom is given space to come forward. You’ll then be gently guided into a meditation to support the experience and allow everything to settle. From here, we move into creative integration through art. This isn’t about being good at art or getting it right, it’s simply about expressing whatever is there and seeing where the paint takes you. It can be freeing, surprising and often quite revealing. There’s no pressure, just space. There will also be an opportunity to share if you feel called to. We’ll then close with a deeply relaxing and restorative sound bath, giving your body time to fully unwind and integrate. To finish, there’ll be time to enjoy the beautiful grounds of Loudwater Farm, have a wander, and take a moment for yourself before heading home. No previous experience needed. All welcome. My work is grounded, intuitive, and real — I create safe, welcoming spaces where people can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves. I believe that when we’re given space to feel, we can find clarity, calm, and connection in even the busiest of lives.
