Outdoor Somatic Movement, Breathwork & Drum JourneyA grounding outdoor experience designed to support nervous-system restoration through movement, rhythm, breath, and embodied release. This guided 60-minute class blends somatic practices, breathwork, grounding movement, Kundalini-inspired techniques, and rhythmic drumming to help release tension, reconnect with the body, and restore emotional balance in a safe and supportive environment. Held outdoors in nature, each session creates space to regulate the nervous system, reconnect with the body, and gently release accumulated emotional and physical stress through movement, breath, sound, and rhythm.
