This is an in-person event has combined two gentle but powerful practices, for a truly wonderful experience the power of sound and vibration with the gentle reiki energy to harmonize the space. We have turned the Parochial Community Hall into a beautiful oasis of calm and tranquillity with low lighting and the warm glow of candles, designed for mental, emotional and spiritual rejuvenation Sound baths are an ideal way to provide deep relaxation, to reset your nervous system help to reduce stress and anxiety, promote sleep quality and help to bring you into a calm present meditative moment allowing you to be still while you gentle connect mind, body and soul. A warm welcome awaits you whether if you come on your own or bring a friend we will guide to your own cosy space, we will then begin with a short-guided meditation followed by the soothing sounds of the our gongs, crystal bowls, singing, ocean drum, chimes and more, that will fill the hall with deep tones that will at sometimes feel near or far helping to deepen your relaxation while the soothing sounds wash over you like waves, helping you gently release the stresses of the day.
