Epping Forest Visitor Centre at Chingford
Circles of Courage You are warmly invited to join us, as we gather for a heart-centered drum circle created especially for those touched by cancer … survivors, those living with cancer, and the loved ones who walk beside us. Through rhythm, connection, and shared intention, we’ll honour courage, celebrate resilience, and embrace the healing power of community. No musical experience is needed … simply come as you are and let the rhythm guide you. Together, we’ll create a space of joy, healing, and hope … one heartbeat, one rhythm, one circle at a time. Together we are the circle. Together we are courage What Awaits Connection and community A grounding meditation and sharing circle, drumming and song, tea and snacks No experience needed … all drums and percussion are provided.
