Come and be held at my virtual hearth, a gentle and non-judgemental learning and healing environment. Here you will be introduced to new ways of practicing self-consent, healthy internal boundaries, and practical ways to cultivate the skill of self-compassion. We all have parts that might procrastinate, be courageous, be critical, create anxiety or depression, or love recklessly. Parts work is a method of self-dialogue aimed at creating harmony among the parts that are in conflict within you. It allows them to relax and take on new roles that are more collaborative. This is a good place to gently and safely discover hidden boundaries, coping mechanisms and emotions that might be causing pain and dysregulation and starting to bring them back into good relationship with yourself. During each group there will be time for at elast one or two people to be witnessed by the group and receive one-on-one guidance. It can be deeply healing to be seen, as well as to see your own challenges reflected in another person. As long as our pain remains a secret it has the power to divide and isolate us, but the moment that it comes into the light, it becomes a force of deep connectivity and healing.
