Join Liza for Ascension, our monthly immersive breathwork experience. We use Conscious Connected Breathwork to guide you into altered states of consciousness where the body and subconscious have more space to communicate. This practice can feel incredibly profound and healing. It can create a deep sense of connection to yourself and the people around you. Many people notice emotional clarity and a deeper understanding of what has been sitting beneath the surface. Every journey is personal and no two sessions ever feel the same. What is Conscious Connected Breathwork? Conscious Connected Breathwork is a somatic therapeutic practice that works directly with the body, the subconscious and stored patterns. The continuous breathing pattern softens the analytical mind and opens access to deeper awareness. It differs from traditional talk therapy because you are not relying on words to explain your inner world. The breath naturally brings forward what has been held in the background, which can support emotional processing, clarity and internal shift. Ascension is a process of personal transformation that involves a shift in awareness and a deeper connection to yourself. It is the journey of raising consciousness by releasing old patterns, beliefs and versions of yourself so you can live in a more authentic and integrated way. This shift often brings clearer understanding, renewed purpose and a sense of returning to who you really are. What to expect - We begin with a guided meditation to settle the room and prepare the body. - You will move through a full Conscious Connected Breathwork journey supported by curated music, scent, somatic movement and vocal toning. - We finish with integration and grounding so you have time to land and reconnect before stepping into the rest of your day.
