✨ RESET x HELD: Somatic Tools for Everyday Life ✨ This special collaboration between Galit Criden and Rosalind Noctor weaves together the RESET Method and HELD practices to offer an afternoon of movement, sound, breath, meditation, and guided touch. This afternoon welcomes you into a retreat-like experience held within just two hours—a chance to pause, reset, and restore. Through gentle somatic prompts, sound-based practices, movement, and touch, we’ll explore ways of relating to the body that support regulation, expression, and connection in everyday life. RESET’s four pillars—the ritual container, the ecstatic-wild state, sound as creative expression, and the collective—guide the movement, alongside HELD’s invitation to soften, receive supportive touch, and rest without agenda. Whether you are new to somatic practice or experienced, you are warmly welcome. Expect to leave feeling grounded, resourced, and more connected to your own rhythm, with simple tools you can carry into daily life. Bring comfortable clothes, water, and a journal if you wish. Mats, blankets, and pillows are provided. ✨ RESET , facilitated by Galit Criden, is a somatic, sound-driven practice that supports participants in choosing how and when to move, touch, and create, exploring its four pillars: The ritual container, The ecstatic-wild state, Sound as a tool for creative expression, and the collective. RESET combines structure and freedom through guided improvisation and sound, inviting all participants, newcomers, returning movers, and professionals to move at their own pace while nurturing regulation, imagination, and presence. HELD, a practice created by Rosalind Noctor, is a space to pause, soften, and receive the nourishment of safe, supportive touch. In a world where many of us are constantly giving — to family, work, and communities — HELD offers the rare opportunity to rest without agenda, reconnect with the body, and restore balance through the simple yet profound act of being held. Together, Rosie and Galit weave their practices into an afternoon of exploration, support, and connection.
