Millers Way Project
This 1 hour 30 minute session offers a grounded space to pause, breathe, and return to yourself. Through sacred sound and Conscious Connected Breathwork, you’ll be gently guided to release tension, soften held patterns, and create space for renewal. Expect sacred sounds such as drum, rattle, and chimes. The vibration of sound helps to open energetic pathways, ground the body, and expand subtle awareness beyond words. You’ll then be guided into Conscious Connected Breathwork to release tension and stagnant energy, supporting a return to your natural rhythm and inner truth. The breath becomes a guide, helping you to gently meet what is present, release what is ready to move, and reconnect with a deeper sense of clarity, presence, and aliveness. This is an accessible and supportive experience, open to all. While the practice can feel activating for the nervous system, you will be encouraged to move at your own pace, with space for rest and integration throughout.
