The Clearing
Forest bathing (Shinrin-yoku) is a slow, mindful way of being in nature, supporting rest, nervous-system regulation, and reconnection through the senses. Sessions involve gentle walking, stillness, and simple guided invitations — no hiking fitness or previous experience needed, although there may be some slow mindful up hill walking. Sessions are guided by Grace, a certified Nature & Forest Therapy guide, trained through the Nature and Forest Therapy Institute. Creative Nature is a not for profit creative organisation based in southeast London connecting people with nature and ancient woodland crafts.
