RETREAT LOCATION@SPRITHORSE IN WALES Let's take some time out and replenish from the roots on a weekend retreat far away from urban life. A place we can let go deeply of any burdens or strain to once again remember , reclaim, renew and re-source ourselves in nature. An experience of community and tribe with love as our guiding principle. Open hearts, fires and shooting stars, lets dance wild and free inside and out with friends old and new. Feel free to bring some finest clothes as well as the all weather practical ones. We will create occasions to dress up and celebrate from the heart. Bring an instrument if you play, lets create some music together. This is an intimately facilitated, embodied journey held in a grounded and safe container, weaving tantric and shamanic practices, ceremony, and breathwork. Through movement, meditation, sacred practices and celebration, we are invited to gently release the burdens we carry and reconnect with our innate sovereignty. This gathering offers a deep remembering of who we are beneath the stories — rooted in the body, held in community and open to mystery. The location is off grid and beautifully WILD , nature everywhere calling us back home. The food will be wholesome and nourishing. There are saunas, natural streams and waterfalls to cleanse in. We will use compost toilets to give back to the land; it's a rural and rustic adventure indeed, but an unforgettable one. Accommodation will be in a shared yurt or you can bring your own tent for more privacy.
