During London Climate Action Week, join us at 1 Hotel Mayfair for an evening of restoration and reflection through the transformative power of sound healing. Surrounded by a design inspired by the natural world, guests are invited to reconnect with themselves and the rhythms of nature in a calming sanctuary at the heart of the city. In partnership with Oceanic Global, an organisation dedicated to restoring balance to our blue planet, this experience serves as a reminder of humanity’s interconnected role within Earth’s ecosystems and our collective responsibility to protect them. Stephanie Waxberg is a certified sound healer, accredited by the CMA, whose practice focuses on grounding, balancing, and reconnecting to yourself and your intuition. This month, Stephanie will guide you through an uplifting sound healing journey designed to awaken your energy, perspective and a renewed sense of possibility, allowing you to reconnect with a more open and aligned version of yourself. During this immersive experience, you will be invited to lie down on a comfortable mat, with a pillow, blanket and eye mask, and the session begins with intention setting, meditation and a palo santo cleanse. Then the vibrational frequency of handmade pure quartz Crystal Tones alchemy bowls will help you to attain a deep meditative state of consciousness through the power of sound healing. Stephanie uses a variety of instruments including tuning forks and Koshi chimes, and the session concludes with a grounding practice and the opportunity to talk with Stephanie and ask any questions about her practice. Guests will leave the session with gifts to incorporate into their wellness routine at home. This event is open to all and no prior experience of sound healing is required. Please wear comfortable clothing, and arrive 5 minutes before the start time. Mats, pillows, eye pillows and blankets will be provided. We look forward to welcoming you!
