Come and learn photography and mindfulness as you wander through nature, capturing its quiet details and absorbing its healing properties. During the experience, you will: Practise simple mindfulness techniques to ground your attention Learn how to observe light, texture, and composition with fresh awareness Learn technical skills and capture images that reflect not just what you see, but how you feel Enjoy a calm, supportive space to connect with nature and creativity This is not about perfection or performance—it’s about presence, perspective, and personal expression. Perfect for: beginners/ intermediate photographers, creatives, nature lovers, or anyone looking to slow down and recharge. What to bring: A camera or smartphone Comfortable clothing and walking shoes Curiosity Come as you are, and leave feeling more connected—to nature, to creativity, and to yourself.
