We The Conscious®
Two hours of fully immersive breathwork and embodiment in the floating hammocks. Liza will guide you through conscious connected breathwork using the We The Conscious Method, using the breath to bring safety into the body and create space to meet whatever comes up with curiosity and compassion. The room will be set with soft lighting, aromatherapy, curated sound and the weightless embrace of the hammocks so your body has permission to truly let go. What to expect: Grounding embodied meditation to centre the body and calm the nervous system before the breathwork journey Conscious connected breathwork and embodiment, a guided breathwork sequence designed to release tension, increase flow and invite presence Floating hammocks, weightless, allowing the body to integrate and drop into deep rest A fully immersive environment with soft lighting, aromatherapy and curated soundscapes The We The Conscious Method is this beautiful practice that helps you really connect and understand the information that the body is handing to you. Using the wisdom of the breath, your voice, mindfulness and movement to really shift things in your body. It's about emotional clearing and self expression. Learning how to be with the discomfort and using all of that information as fuel to connect to power you didn't even know existed. It helps regulate the nervous system, reduces stress and anxiety, releases stored tension and emotion held in the body and builds resilience within the body and the mind. If you've been carrying a lot lately, this is your invitation to put it down for a bit. How to prepare: Arrive early: Please be sure to arrive 10 minutes before the session begins, as doors will close at 7:00 pm. Dress comfortably: Wear warm, comfortable clothing to stay cosy throughout the session. Eat lightly: We recommend avoiding heavy meals and caffeine at least 2.5 hours before the session. Client Feedback “What an session! Breathwork made me feel and release things I never knew existed. It was an emotional journey and worth every second. I feel a million times lighter. If stereotypical therapy isn’t for you and you want an alternative way to work through trauma or old patterns, I would definitely recommend giving it a try. Liza created a beautiful space and was the perfect guide.”
